Working group questions attached to the Presidential Decree - Working Group of Infrastructures:
1- What is the quantity of infrastructure damaged by floods and what is the amount of damage to infrastructure?
2- How has the country's infrastructure (roads, bridges, railways, buildings, dikes, water and electricity facilities, airports, health facilities, etc.) been resilient?
3- To what extent have flood-resistant design standards been observed in flood-prone infrastructure?
4- What was the quality of implementation and monitoring of flood infrastructure and especially demolished infrastructure?
5- How has the structure of decision making, budgeting, implementation and oversight of infrastructure construction and the technical and administrative system of the country affected the quality and resilience of flood infrastructure?
6- How has infrastructure damage caused by floods, and to what extent has it affected the damages to settlements, agricultural lands, and industrial facilities?
7- What are the lessons learned for the country's technical and administrative system in planning, designing, budgeting, building and overseeing infrastructure construction?
8- What are the reforms needed to improve the quality and resilience of flood infrastructure?
